Snyder forsees long-term problems maintaining troop strength, opposes Pryor's "secret deadline" proposal for Iraq troops

Congressman Vic Snyder, chair of the House Military Personnel Subcommittee, commented on the deployment of the 39th. brigade and the Governor's suggestion that the Pentagon was changing the rules. Snyder foresees problems keeping up troop levels. He also remarked on the Walter Reed developments and said that he believes Veterans Administration hospitals generally provide good care.
