Mark Pryor not out of the woods yet
Although former Governor Mike Huckabee has fully committed to his presidential bid and says he will be leaving Mark Pryor alone, Arkansas' junior senator may yet get some opposition from the Green Party. Rebekah Kennedy, the Green Party candidate in the 2006 election for AG, probably will run as a Green against Mark Pryor. That is the best I can do for a juicy political rumor on a Monday when my column is in the paper, and is also rather kind to Pryor.
Didn't the legislature pass a law against these pesky pain-in-the-rear-end little parties. Nobody ever votes for them anyway.
