You know you're living in a police state when...
You're just sitting around a bar drinking. You're minding your own business, not even hitting on the waitress. No fights. Suddenly, and without warning, the police show up and arrest you because they think you might be drunk. This is the long and short of a new crackdown in Texas and the Dallas Morning News tells what happened to an unfortunate guy from Rogers. It is - errr - sobering.
