Shop Talk
Oklahoma's oldest radio station, WKY AM 930, is changing formats from News and Talk to Spanish. I can tell you now, this one is a boomer. It must be the largest Spanish language signal in the Southwest.
This exercise in self-promotion is the online journal of radio icon and former Arkansas Democrat-Gazette political columnist, Pat Lynch. That's me. You will find insightful coverage and penetrating commentary about transportation, broadcasting, politics, religion, civil liberties, reality television and whatever else catches my interest. Feel free to drop me a line.
I have been on the radio in Little Rock, Arkansas since 1983. Think of me as an unreliable liberal. My great grandfather fled the famine in Ireland and became a Captain in the Confederate army. My dad worked for the GM&O Railroad. I am an orthodox Anglican, a catholic of the Reformation and a student of academic theology. Make that a Wellers and Coke, please.
