North Little Rock Mayor Pat Hays stopped by Thursday morning at 9. He had a lot of background on the county jail story. Even though that is a county responsibility, he had lots of good insights. NEXT WEEK will be huge. An old friend visits Pat Classic Monday. Camie Boggess knows all the local sports scene, including the NCAA presence in Central Arkansas.
